If you wish to operate a gaming establishment in Nevada, you will need to obtain a gaming license.
Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada State Gaming Control Board are the regulatory bodies governing gaming applications. Depending upon the business, two different licenses may apply:

RESTRICTED LICENSE under which establishment can have up to 15 slot machines depending on the nature of business.

NON-RESTRICTED LICENSE is required if you own a casino or manufacture or distribute a gaming device.
