Liquor Licensing
In Nevada, a liquor license is considered a “privilege” and requires a good deal of paperwork from the applicant. Our goal is to advise you and navigate through the licensing process.In Nevada, anyone that is importing, wholesale or retails in alcohol is required to be licensed.
Kaizen Strategies will provide the forms as well as assisting clients with the application process. The liquor license application process is different for the cities of North Las Vegas, City of Las Vegas, Boulder City, Henderson County, and Clark County. Because each municipality has different requirements, the issuance of liquor may be restricted which causes delays and difficulties.
The applicant’s employment history, prior business relationships, evidence of financial stability, and criminal background will be investigated in detail. Kaizen Strategies will work with other local agencies to determine if the liquor licensing application information provided is accurate and resolve any issues that may be raised.
Clients must present documents for: business license, employer identification number (EIN) sales tax permit, health permit, building permit, and zoning permit. There are also public safety inspections for a liquor license which Kaizen Strategies will guide the client through.
